About TOSMIX

Tore "TOSMIX" Høgås has many years of experience with and love for music, which he expresses when on the job as a DJ.

Like many others he started playing on vinyl at the local youth club, which at the time meant playing a lot of what is now known as Classic house and Golden age hip hop, plus of course the biggest hits of the day.

Fast forward a few decades and TOSMIX has picked up DJ-ing again for the last 3 years. Nowadays not on vinyl but using digital files and the latest innovative technology, although still based on many years of knowledge of popular and danceable music within most genres.

Although TOSMIX is known as a solid "open format" DJ he is especially fond of funkier stuff, from hip hop and r&b at lower tempo, via disco / nu disco up to various kinds of house.
